Use a soft measuring tape and keep it level and parallel to the floor. All measurements below are body measurements, shown in inches (in) and centimeters (cm).

01How to Measure

Band — Underbust

Wrap the tape snugly around your rib cage, directly beneath the bust. Keep it level all the way around; it should feel firm but comfortable.

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Do not pull the tape tight.

Waist

Bend gently to one side to find the natural crease, then measure around your natural waistline with the tape comfortably loose.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, about 8–9 in (20–23 cm) below the natural waist.

Fit Tips

A new band should feel snug but comfortable on the loosest hook; tighten it as the elastic relaxes over time.
The band should sit level from front to back — you should be able to slide two fingers underneath it.
The center front of the bra should lie flat against the chest, with cups that fully contain the tissue without gaping or overflow.
Straps should stay in place without digging in; adjust them for a light, even hold.
Between two band sizes? Use sister sizing: one band size up with one cup size down (e.g. 34C to 36B), or one band size down with one cup size up (e.g. 34C to 32D).
